BÄRenauslese

Since 1996 Marie-Luise Barwitzki is hosting a special event called 'BÄRenauslese' in the Swabian village Remshalden (close to Stuttgart, Germany). The event takes place during the traditional grape harvest. The 'BÄRenauslese' enables prospects to get insights into the Malu-Bear studio.

As homage to the Swabian red wine 'Trollinger' the artist is creating each year a 'Trollinger - Schlotzer' ('Schlotzer' is the Swabian word for wine gourmet). The appearance of this particular teddy bear is changing every year. A 'Trollinger - Schlotzer' is always limited to 5 exemplars and comes along with a complete wine composition.
